Meet Alicia D. Montgomery

Alicia D. Montgomery, LCAS, CSI, brings more than 15 years of experience in the mental health and substance use field. Her work spans clinical services, leadership, clinical supervision, workforce development, and professional education.
She currently leads within substance use treatment, provides clinical supervision to developing professionals, and teaches future substance use counselors. Through Grace In Action, Alicia brings those experiences together to help professionals, organizations, and communities turn knowledge into meaningful action.
Her approach is grounded in the belief that people grow when they are equipped with knowledge, empowered to use their voice, and inspired to put what they learn into practice.
